Public court record access is governed by sources such as the UJS Case Records Public Access Policy, 204 Pa. Code section 213.81. Agency records may be governed by the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. section 67.101 et seq. Those laws do not make this private site an official custodian.
