Why We Built This Site
Pennsylvania gives the public access to many court case records, but Huntingdon County records do not all sit behind one county database. Civil, custody, divorce, protection from abuse, judgments, liens, and Common Pleas criminal files route through the Prothonotary / Clerk of Courts. Marriage licenses, probate files, guardianships, adoptions, and estate records route through the Register of Wills / Recorder of Deeds / Clerk of Orphans' Court. Traffic citations, summary matters, landlord-tenant cases, and preliminary criminal proceedings often begin in a Magisterial District Court. This site brings those official channels into a single county-specific reference.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It is not part of Huntingdon County, the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System, the Sheriff's Office, the Pennsylvania State Police, or any clerk's office. The site cannot file pleadings, clear warrants, issue certified copies, provide legal advice, schedule hearings, accept bail, or change a docket entry. Official action must come from the court or government office that owns the record.
- We cannot file paperwork or send records requests for anyone.
- We cannot issue certified copies of court, probate, marriage, divorce, inmate, or agency records.
- We cannot interpret a specific case, charge, warrant, sentence, or custody status as legal advice.
- We cannot guarantee that every fee, address, phone number, or procedure remains current after an official office changes it.
Only the issuing Huntingdon County office or Pennsylvania court can provide an official certified copy or case-specific instruction.
Search Partners
Some pages include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those providers run their own systems, prices, terms, and result sets. When a user follows a sponsored search result or paid signup, this private site may receive referral revenue. Sponsored tools do not replace the Pennsylvania UJS Portal, the Prothonotary / Clerk of Courts, the Register of Wills / Recorder of Deeds / Clerk of Orphans' Court, the county prison, or other official Huntingdon County offices.
